Development Programs
Without any documents coming from the previous barangay administration, the 1997 barangay administration has to initiate new programs and projects for the development of the barangay both as a local government unit and community of residents.
And in taking such steps, the barangay officils, with the leadership of the Punong Barangay, have put the barangay in a higher level in terms of programs and projects as they take pride to the following landmark programs and projects which they initiated, implemented and presently, maintaining:
Project Title: FAMILY AND COMMUNITY HEALING CENTER (FCHC)
Description: A facility for the survivors of violence against women / children which was initiated by the Barangay as part of their Gender and Development (GAD) program. It employs ten (10) staff members.
Citations: Finalist in the Stop-Rape Contest, V-Day Gathering 2001 which whas held in New York, U.S.A in February, 2001. Components: VAWC Program (FCHC Staff), Drug Prevention Education Program (UMAKAD), Progam for Malnourished Children (BNC), and Program for the Elderly (Ginintuang Samahan), 2006 Awardee for the Best Barangay in Gender Practices and Responsive Governance given on October 2, 2006 by the City Government.
Project Title: CENTRALIZED SEGREGATION CENTER
Description: A facility build for the Solid Waste Management Program of the barangay. It employs eight (8) Ecological aides.
Accomplishments: A nationally-recognized program on solid waste management as the barangay partakes in drafting of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9003, otherwise known as the Ecological Waste Management Act of 2000. Barangay UP Campus was awarded "Best Barangay in Solid Waste Management Program" during the 10th year Barangay Day Celebration in October 2004.
Project Title: KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY 
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM (KPES)
Description: A computer application system used in processing data and other pretinent information related to katarungang Pambarangay cases.
Project Title: MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)
Description: This project pertains to the computerization / modernization of the barangay office for faster and more efficient rendering of various services to the public.
Accomplishment: The Sangguniang Barangay, initiated the implementation of the MIS project for an effective delivery of services. To date, there are (11) computer unites, 1 scanner, a modem, one (1) laser jet printer, four (4) desk jet printers and six (6) dot-matrix printers. With these, the issuance of barangay clearances, the processing of vouchers and payroll documentations, publications, presentations, and the ifnormation processing of the Karungang Pambarangay have become easier to process therefore bringing faster output which translates to a more efficient public service. The Barangay has also purchased a Multi-Media Projector and a Canon Digital Camera. A laptop computer completes a state of the art presentation of the barangay's programs for a more comprehensive information dissemination. The acquisition of a sound system which includes a DVD and a Karaoke completes the system.
The 4th Sangguniang Barangay has acuired a highly advanced processing of Barangay Clearances, ID's and a new Katarungang Pambarangay Electronic System to replace the earlier version of KPES.
